clock kits

I have recently bought a new cell phone, Daxian (brand) Model number X726. I cannot seem to get it working with T-Mobile, my current wireless provider. Are there compatibility issues? Here are the phone details, if they help:

There won't be compatibility issues, maybe the hone you just bought is locked to a different network than t-mobile. When you put the sim in, do you get an error like "insert correct sim" or something like that? If so, you will need to get your phone unlocked so that you can use t-mobile in it. Either phone t-mobile or take it along to a local phone shop and they will do it for a small fee.
