Kit Cat Clock not working...?

I have a kit cat clock. When i put the battery in i can here a faint ticking, but the eyes and tail dont move. Whats wrong? Is it easily fixable?
maybe the kit cat clock is having a break from telling the time
it wants tuna, feed it some :)
