I need C lang or assembly program for REAL TIME CLOCK(RTC) used in any micrcontroller..like ATMEL,HITACHI..??

RTC which is used in any micocontroller kit...for time,date, day..etc....should bre progrmmed in memeory of micrcontroller...i need that program like any kinf of RTC program...???plzz help me....its urgent for my project...
